Click on the "Phone Support" icon in your control panel to get the phone number.
 

Upgrade / Downgrade Policy:

If you decide to upgrade or downgrade your account to a different site-host hosting plan, a setup fee ($25.) will be required. However, we will apply any unused monthly service fees to the new pro-rated charges. If a credit is due it will be done automatically the same day. Your renewal date will always stay the same.


Upgrade An Account
Please select the plan that is appropriate for your needs and then go to your control panel. Select the Upgrade PC button and then select the account you want to upgrade to.

Downgrade An Account
Please select the plan that is appropriate for your needs and then email us at billing@site-host.com being sure to include your domain name user ID and what plan you want to downgrade to.
