PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING CAREFULLY, AS A RESELLER YOU ARE BINDED TO ALL THE FOLLOWING
RESELLER POLICIES.
Professionalism:
Being a Site-Host Reseller is more than the ability to make a few dollars with a web site,
it's a real business, and we'd expect you to treat it as such and nothing less. This means handling yourself
and your business afairs with us and your clients in the most professional manner as possible. This will
only enhance your business.
When it comes to collecting from your customers, do so in a prompt and professional manner.
When it comes to
paying Site-Host, do so in prompt and professional manner to avoid service interruptions.
Billing:
You as the reseller, are soley responsible
for all payments due on an account you set up on our server as a reseller. Site-Host will NOT bill your clients directly.
When you sign up a client in your control panel your account will
automatically be billed. Then you can in turn bill your client for whatever amount that you like.
That gives you the ability to remain completely independent from Site-Host and to design
your own pricing structure.
Site-Host provides the most advanced real-time online billing reports. This feature can be
found in your control panel as "Billing History". It will tell you what you paid, what is owed, you can get copies of
any invoice, and so much more. You should visit the Billing History often. With this advanced billing report system
there should be no excuses as to why your bills could not be paid on time or that you did not know
how much you were getting charged for a specific account. All billing information on your account,
including your resold account charges can be found therein. Note: Delinquent reseller accounts will be suspended.
Support:
We do not provide technical support to your clients. As a matter of fact we
have no direct interaction with your clients. We remain anonymous in the background, supporting
you as you support your clients. However we do have some great support tools that can be branded with your
name and logo to help support your clients. check out the Reseller

We provide web hosting to thousands of clients, and we have a responsibility to protect each
client and to provide the best services available. The following guidelines were designed to
ensure these obligations are met.
Content:
All services provided may be used for lawful purposes only. Transmission, storage, or
presentation of any information, data or material in violation of any United States Federal,
State or City law is prohibited. This includes, but is not limited to: copyrighted material,
material we judge to be threatening or obscene, or material protected by trade secret and
other statute. The subscriber agrees to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims
resulting from the use of the service which damages the subscriber or any other party.
Pornography and sex-related merchandising is prohibited on all our servers. This includes
sites that may infer sexual content, or links to adult content elsewhere. We will be the sole
arbiter in determining violations of this provision.
Also prohibited are sites that promote any illegal activity or present content that may
be damaging to our servers or any other server on the internet. Links to such materials
are also prohibited.
Examples of unacceptable content or links:
Pirated software
Hacker programs or archives
Warez sites
Adult sites
We will be the sole arbiter as to what constitutes a violation of this provision.
Sites with banners, graphics or cgi's running from
their domain used on otherdomains:
When you employ services such as Link Exchange or a cgi host who lets 1000's
of others link to their site, it is important that you require any sites you
exchange ads with to display your ad on their server. Not only will not abiding to
this guideline cause your site to load slowly, you will be responsible for the data
transfer used in this process.
Sites using more than 20% of system resources:
Site-Host will be the sole arbiter as to what constitutes a violation of
this provision.
Chat Rooms & IRC:
We do not allow clients to install their own chat rooms. These tend to be a large
drain on system resources and we cannot allow it as an account option. We
currently do not allow IRC or IRC bots to be operated on our servers.
Email or Newsgroup Spamming
Spamming, or the sending of unsolicited email or newsgroup messages, from our server or
using an email address or domain that is maintained on our machines as reference is
STRICTLY prohibited. Aso the sending of multiple duplicate messages or emials with the intent of harrasment
are considered spamming.
Failure to comply with this policy will result in the following penalties:
1st complaint - Formal Warning
2nd Complaint - Account suspended for 48 hours & $100 Fine
3rd Complaint - Account suspended for 72 hours & $500 Fine
4th Warning - Account deleted & $1,000 Fine or legal action (breach of contract).
*All fines are payable PRIOR to account reactivation by Money Order or Cash only Sent Via Next Day Air. Any account suspended for more than 7 days will be automatically deleted from our system. All data and pre-paid fees will be lost.
As you can see we will not tolorate spamming what so ever. We will be the sole arbiter as to what
constitutes a violation of this provision.
Background Running Programs
We may allow programs to run continually in the background. These are considered on a case-by-case
basis and an extra charge will be incurred based on system resources used and operational
maintenance needed. contact Programming for more information.
Server Abuse:
Any attempt to undermine or cause harm to a server, or customer is strictly prohibited.
Refusal of Service:
We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or suspend service at our sole discretion.
Money Back Guarantee
Site-Host is pleased to offer a money-back guarantee within 30 days
of your account activation should we fail to provide satisfactory service. We do
not refund registration fees. Furthermore, Site-Host will not and can not be responsible for any fees that you charge for your services to
your customers.
Disclaimer:
Site-Host cannot be held liable for system downtime, crashes, or
data loss. We cannot be held liable for any predicted estimate of profits in which
a client would have gained if their site was functioning. Certain services provided
by Site-Host are resold or used by way of a 3rd party provider. Thus, certain equipment, routing, software,
and programming used by Site-Host are not directly owned or written
by Site-Host. Moreover, Site-Host holds no responsibility
for the use of our clients accounts. If any of these terms or conditions are breached, the account in question will be automatically deactivated. We reserve
the right to remove any account without advanced notice for any reason without
restitution as Site-Host sees fit.
Account Activation
By activating your account with Site-Host, you agree to the above
policies and disclaimer. Upon requesting an account activation, you are required
to accept these policies, guidelines, and disclaimer and a copy of your
acceptance is forwarded along with your activation request to be maintained
within your account information.
NOTICE: If you sign up for an account and do not follow our terms, no refunds
will be given. We will however let you know by email or phone before any action
is taken so that you have the opportunity to resolve the matter.
All Sub-Networks, distributive hosting sites and dedicated servers must adhere to the above policies.
Failure to follow any term or condition will be grounds for immediate account deactivation.
