1. Billing: When you sign up a client in your control panel your account will
automatically be billed. Then you can in turn bill your client for whatever amount that you like.
That gives you the ability to remain completely independent from Site-Host and to design
your own pricing structure.
2. Support: We do not provide technical support to your clients. As a matter of fact we
have no direct interaction with your clients. We remain anonymous in the background, supporting
you as you support your clients. However we do have some great support tools that can be branded with your
name and logo to help support your clients. check out the Reseller

3. Service Guidelines: Since your client's domains reside on our network, our Policy and
Service Guidelines as laid out in our Hosting Policy
still apply to resold accounts. You are responsible for making sure that your clients abide by
these conditions. site-host.com has the right to terminate any resold account or reseller for
violation of these policies. For more information check out the
