We understand that we
affect thousands of companies if we fail and that is why we
have measures in place to notify us of problems, outages or
failures. Despite the fact that we have taken these measures
along with the trial offer above, we also understand that we
can not satisfy 100% of our clients.
We try but we know it is
an impossibility.
If at any time within 30
days from account activation, and if you have paid for our
services but not satisfied, you simply need to say so and we
will refund your money less setup fees and overages. We will
not say we will do this without question because, we will
ask you "why" so we can improve our services, but regardless
of the reason you will receive a check in the mail or a
credit to your charge card.
Setup fees are refundable
for the following reasons only:
(1) the account
order is canceled prior to activation or
(2) the domain name was not available at the
InterNIC.
The Guarantee does not
apply to any additional services such as overages, disk
space, pop accounts, etc. or for accounts that have been
suspended for any reason, including spamming, breach of
contract or any other reason that may have caused
suspension.
You, the reseller,
understands and agreed by way of contract when signing up
with site-host, that any cancellations beyond the 30-day
grace period will be considered as early termination and all
prepaid subscriber fees shall be forfeited as liquidated
damages to the Corporation (Site-Host).
