How many accounts do I have to purchase before getting the reseller prices?
Unlike the competition, Site-Host has no minimums or pricing scales. You start saving up to 50% on all accounts starting with your very first account sale after you become a reseller.

Does Site-Host bill my clients for me?
Site-Host will NOT bill your clients. It is your responsibility as the reseller, and owner of your own business to bill and collect fees from your customers. Site-Host bills you directly for all accounts set up on our network for your customers. you then in return bill your customers the amount you wish.

Does Site-Host support my clients for me?
Site-Host has no direct contact with your clients. Site-Host offers branded support pages and tools to help you support your clients. You as a reseller are our only support responsibility, and we will support you and help you contunue to grow in knowledge so you can better serve your customers support needs.

Does Site-Host have any contact with my customers?
Site-Host will not contact or communicate with your clients directly, as long as they remain under your reseller account, unless otherwise instructed by you.

How do I set up a new account?
In your control panel you will see an icon titled "Add Domain". After clicking on this icon you will be asked if this is a new account or just a parked domain. Based on your input you will be taken to the appropriate form.
IMPORTANT When setting up a new account, and you are asked for a User ID, use the first 8 digits of the domain name.
DO NOT stray from this policy, as it will cost you a $25 fine, and will require the account being cancelled and re-set-up to correct this error. For more information please visit your reseller tools, by clicking on the "Reseller Tools" icon in your control panel.

How long does it take for my new customer's accounts to be set up?
Under normal circumstances, an account will be set up within a few minutes, with about 10-15 minutes being the longest time frame.
If you do not receive the new account information within the hour, please email sales@site-host.com and be sure to include all the new account's basic information, such as domain name, package wanted, Reseller ID and length of contract. They will assist in setting up the account.

Can I accept credit cards?
Yes you can!
site-host.com has partnered with clickbank.com to help you accept credit cards. They process credit cards online for the lowest
rates that we've found online. You can use companies like IBill and AuthorizeNet but they charge up to 15% of the charge amount. Where clickbank.com is more reasonable. Or you can set up your own merchant account. Check out

and depositing the funds into your bank account.

How do I suspend an account?
Send a request to sales@site-host.com and include the domain name, your Reseller ID and reason for suspension.
