Site-Host.com accepts payment by credit card, PayPal, cashiers and/or personal or business check, or money order.
Credit cards accepted are Visa, Master Card, and American Express. You can pay with credit card if you choose to
have Site-Host host your account as well, otherwise you can pay with credit cards through PayPal only.
Registering a domain with Hosting? You will need to pre-pay by either a credit card, or PayPal within the order form, or
the domain will not be registered.
Please note: check and money order payments MUST INCLUDE ALL REGISTRATION INFORMATION and must be received in advance and
posted to your account as credit before you can register domains via check payment.

| 2. What is the "Domain Naming Convention"? |
Good News... we now support registration of domain names from one to ten years in our online automated registration order forms
The default registration period is two years mandated by VeriSign Global Registry Services (formerly Network Solutions, Inc.) and ICANN. In order to avoid the default registration period, the term
length HAS to be changed at the time of registration. After the registration has processed, the period is not adjustable.

| 4. Can I cancel a domain registration? |
Q: Your website says, "Domain registrations are "non-cancelable." Can the domain name be canceled in future billing years?
A: Domain registrations can be cancelled at the time of renewal. If you chooses to cancel a name before the renewal
period expires, there is no refund issued.
To cancel a domain registration, send an email to: billing@site-host.com
| 5. How can I obtain a refund for a cancelled registration? |
Site-Host maintains a NO REFUND policy due to the transaction process being real-time. This information is stated on our web site
as well as on the page through which one registers a domain.
When deleting a domain name, please be aware that the deleted name will result in any refunds. The charges will still remain.
We have a "confirmation" feature on our site to prevent any faulty submissions or deletions.
