We understand that we affect thousands of companies if we fail and that is why we have measures in place to notify us of problems, outages or failures. Despite the fact that we have taken these measures, we also understand that we can not satisfy 100% of our clients. We try but we know it is an impossibility for any company no mater what the industry.

If at any time within 30 days from account activation you feel that you are not satisfied, you simply need to cancel your account we will refund your money less setup fees and overages. We will not say we will do this without question because, we will ask you "why" so we can improve our services, but regardless of the reason you will receive a refund.

All cancellations must be done in the control panel, under the "Cancel Account" button, and within 30 days from date of activation.

For example, if you ordered your account on March 30th, and you choose to cancel, the cancellation must be done before 12:01 AM April 30th.

Setup fees are refundable for the following reasons only:

(1) the account order is canceled prior to activation; or
(2) the domain name was not available for registration.

This policy does not apply to any additional services such overages, disk space, pop accounts, or any other add-on product or service such as Domain Registrations.

Domain name registrations are processed immediately and are non-cancellable and non-refundable

All refunds will be processed within 30 days.

The subscriber agrees that any cancellations beyond the 30 day grace period as outlined above, will be considered as early termination and all subscriber fees shall be forfeited as liquidated damages to the Corporation.

This policy does not apply to any additional services such overages, disk space, pop accounts, etc. or for accounts that have been suspended for any reason, including spamming, breach of contract or any other reason that may have caused suspension.
